Guest Bedroom
We know it’s great to have guests to stay, but sometimes you (and they!) need some space.
That’s where a garden room can be a brilliant option as a guest bedroom. You can enjoy your friends and family staying over without the stress of having a full house.
We can design and build any garden room as a guest bedroom. This includes all electrical work, a complete bathroom installation, and even a kitchen.
The only thing to remember is you’ll need building regulations and – in most cases – planning permission if you want to install a guest bedroom in your garden room.
Granny-Annexe
Whether you need to care for an elderly relative or you want to give your teenagers their own space, the flexibility of one of our bespoke garden rooms means you can create the extra space you need without having to move house or spend a fortune extending your property.

We can design and build 1 or 2-bedroom garden rooms, with a bathroom and a kitchen. It’ll feel like they’ve got their own space while still being close.
The premium materials we use, including our superior structural insulated panels (SIPs) supplied by Premier Sips, mean that your granny-annexe will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Lower energy costs in the long term will offset any upfront investment.
